"My dad is wheelchair bound and needed assistance with her Costco hearing aids. Called them and had a hearing professional, Jessica at my home the next day. She assessed my dads hearing and diagnosed the issue with my dads current aids. We went ahead and decided to get new ones and Jessica found us a discount plan that worked with the medicare supplement. She got much better hearing aids at less than the cost of Costco. Shipping took a little longer than we would have liked but it was well worth the wait. My dad can hear me speaking from the kitchen which never happened with the old ones and his neighbors don't complaint about the TV volume anymore.
